QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Everything you need to know before working with us.
Whether you’re offering stock or sourcing supply, the answers below cover how we work, what we buy and sell, and what information helps us move quickly.
Supply to Oxbridge
-
Oxbridge purchases branded consumer goods across food, drink, household and personal care. We focus on genuine, in-date or in-season stock that can be sold at scale. The right fit depends on the product, the market and the terms of each transaction.
-
The strongest fit is fast-moving branded consumer goods with broad demand. Categories include ambient food, soft drinks, confectionery, cleaning products and everyday personal care. We remain open to other lines where the volume and terms are right.
-
We are built for volume rather than small parcels. Full pallets, mixed loads and full container quantities are typical. If you are unsure whether your volume is a fit, it is still worth sending the details so we can review it.
-
Yes. We work with established suppliers and are always open to new relationships where the product, pricing and terms make sense. Every new supplier is assessed on the specifics of the opportunity.
-
Helpful details include the product, brand, quantity, condition, dates or shelf life, location and any images or specifications. The more accurate the information, the faster we can assess the opportunity and respond.
-
The purchasing entity depends on the product and the route to market. Oxbridge Global operates through more than one company, and the correct entity will be confirmed on the purchase order, invoice and related documents for your transaction.
-
Once terms are agreed, the purchase is confirmed in writing through a purchase order or order confirmation. This sets out the product, quantity, price, delivery terms and applicable Incoterm. These documents, together with our purchase terms, take precedence over any general guidance on this page.

Oxbridge Global is the shared trading name of two established businesses, one in the UK and one in the Netherlands. This structure lets us handle both domestic and international transactions efficiently, while the correct legal entity for each deal is confirmed on the relevant documents.
-
Oxbridge is built on established businesses with a long track record in sourcing and supplying branded consumer goods at scale. Both companies continue to operate with the same team and relationships.
-
Yes. Logistics, customs and coordination are managed in-house, so every shipment runs through one point of control rather than being passed between separate providers.
-
Working at volume keeps pricing competitive and processes efficient for both suppliers and buyers. It allows us to move stock quickly, manage risk and offer terms that work across large transactions.
