Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website and any enquiry you submit through it.
Oxbridge Global is the shared trading name of Oxbridge Associates Limited in the United Kingdom and Oxbridge Associates B.V. in the Netherlands. Oxbridge Global is not a separate legal entity. This website is operated by Oxbridge Associates Limited.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the website.
1. Who we are
Oxbridge Associates Limited, trading as Oxbridge Global, is an international supply partner for branded fast-moving consumer goods.
We source and supply products on a business-to-business basis and do not sell goods to consumers through this website.
Where an enquiry or proposed transaction is relevant to Oxbridge Associates B.V., it may be handled by the Netherlands business. The relevant contracting company will be clearly identified in the applicable quotation, purchase order, order confirmation, invoice or other transaction documents.
Full details of both companies are provided on our Company Information page.
2. Using this website
You may use this website only for lawful business purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of it.
The content of this website is provided for general information about Oxbridge Global and our activities. It is not professional advice and does not constitute a product offer, quotation, commitment or contract.
3. Enquiries and transactions
Any product information, quantities, dates, availability, indicative pricing or other commercial information displayed on this website or supplied in response to an enquiry may change and remains subject to confirmation.
Submitting an enquiry, uploading information or discussing an opportunity does not create a contract.
No purchase or sale is agreed until the relevant Oxbridge company has expressly confirmed the transaction in writing. Any resulting transaction will also be subject to the applicable purchase or sales terms and the specific terms stated in the transaction documents.
We may accept, decline or stop considering an enquiry at our discretion.
4. Files and information you send us
Where you upload or send product lists, price sheets, availability files, specifications, photographs, provenance documents or other materials, you confirm that:
you are authorised to provide them;
providing them does not breach any obligation owed to another person;
they do not contain unlawful, misleading, harmful or malicious material; and
the information supplied is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
We handle commercially sensitive material with discretion and use it to assess the opportunity, manage the business relationship or progress a potential transaction.
Information may be made available to relevant UK or Netherlands Oxbridge staff and, where necessary, operational or professional service providers. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Any separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement remains unaffected.
5. Intellectual property
The Oxbridge Global name, logos, website content, design, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may view and print reasonable extracts for your own internal business reference. You must not copy, republish, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or create derivative materials from any part of the website without our prior written permission.
Nothing on this website grants any right to use the Oxbridge Global name, logo or other branding.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, server or connected systems;
interfere with the operation or security of the website;
scrape, harvest or systematically extract website content or data;
use the website to send unsolicited or unlawful communications;
impersonate another person or provide deliberately misleading information; or
use the website in a way that breaches applicable law.
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused.
7. Third-party links and services
The website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including messaging and mapping services.
We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, security, content or privacy practices. The inclusion of a link does not necessarily mean that we endorse the third party or its services.
Use of a third-party service is subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.
8. Website availability, accuracy and liability
We take reasonable care when preparing and maintaining the website, but we do not guarantee that its content will always be complete, accurate, current or free from errors.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, secure or free from viruses or other harmful material.
You should not make a commercial decision or enter into a transaction based solely on general website content. Product, pricing, availability and transaction-specific information must be confirmed separately in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data, arising solely from the use of or inability to use this website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for:
death or personal injury caused by negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Separate transaction terms
These Terms of Use apply only to the use of this website.
Purchases from and sales by Oxbridge Associates Limited or Oxbridge Associates B.V. are governed by the applicable purchase or sales terms and the individual transaction documents.
Where there is any conflict, the expressly agreed transaction documents will take precedence in relation to that transaction.
10. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of this website.
This clause does not determine the law or jurisdiction applicable to an individual purchase or sale, which will be stated in the relevant transaction terms or documents.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use to reflect changes to the website, our business or applicable requirements.
The version published on this page, together with the stated last-updated date, will apply to your use of the website
